Tekistore LLC Limited Warranty

30-day Money Back Guarantee
If your purchase is directly from Tekistore LLC ("Tekistore") and you are not satisfied with (the "Product") within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, you can return it to Tekistore for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and customer must pay and prepay all the delivery/freight charge of the returning package to any carrier used. Or, TekiStore may deduct any these delivery/freight charges to TekiStore from the amount refundable to the customer., and please, you must contact Tekistore at support@tekistore.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to sending it back. Many resellers offer similar guarantees but you should check their return policies before purchasing. Reseller's policies may vary and are not the responsibility of Tekistore. The right of return of MyScript software products cannot be invoked due to the nature of the software products sold.

 

Limited Warranty
Tekistore LLC ("Tekistore") warrants that the Product, if properly used and installed in the systems described in the written materials accompanying the Product (collectively, the "Instruction Manual"), will be commercially free from defects in material and workmanship and will substantially conform to Tekistore specifications on the date of delivery under normal usage for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period") from Tekistore or an authorized reseller. If the Product fails during the Warranty Period for reasons covered by this Limited Warranty, TekiStore, in its sole discretion, may repair, replace or refund the original purchase price.

Extent of Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty does not cover damages to the product that, in Tekistore's sole judgment, have been caused, in whole or in part, by accidents, problems with electrical power, use of the Product with hardware other than that specified in the Instruction Manual, and any misuse of the product, such as neglect, alteration, modification, and improper installation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Tekistore does not warrant or represent that the Product will be free from design defects or errors known as "errata".

How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service for the Product, you must contact Tekistore within the Warranty Period by sending your info via email to support@tekistore.com, or mailing your information to Tekistore, 43575 Mission Blvd., Suite #318, Fremont, CA 94539, Attention: Customer Support. Please provide the following information: (1) your name, address, and telephone number; (2) proof of purchase 9invocie number); and (3) a reasonably-detailed explanation of the problem. Please note that the Customer Service Representative may request additional information from you depending on the problem. If Tekistore, in its sole discretion, determines that the problem with the Product is covered under this Limited Warranty, then Tekistore may choose to repair or replace the Product, or refund your original purchase price. If the Product is replaced, then the replacement Product is covered under this Limited Warranty and is subject to the same limitations and exclusions for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or (6) months, whichever is longer. Customers will be responsible to pay and prepay any delivery/freight charge for the returning package, or the package may be refused by the receiving department. The right of return of MyScript software products cannot be invoked due to the nature of the software products sold.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, Tekistore disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. TekiStore makes no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you. All express and implied warranties are limited in duration to the Limited Warranty period. No warranties apply after that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Limitations of Liability
Tekistore shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect or error in the Product or THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL, including, but not limited to, lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with a system containing a Product covered under this Limited Warranty, Even if Tekistore has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In no event shall Tekistore liability exceed the amount of the ORIGINAL purchase price of the Product. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product and lasts for as long as such purchaser continues to own the Product subject to this Limited Warranty.

Exclusive Remedies
Tekistore responsibility under this, or any other warranty, whether implied, express, or by operation of law, for the breach of any obligation arising out of the sale of the product, whether derived from warranty or otherwise, is limited to repair, replacement or refund. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that these remedies are the sole and exclusive remedies available to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. No Tekistore dealer, value-added reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty.
