Stand alone note-taking writing tablet perfectly suited for legal professionals
When you sit down at counsel table in a courtroom and there are proceedings going on, it is more convenient and much easier to simply take notes with a pen than to use your laptop PC.
You can record hand writing notes or drawings in the device's Flash RAM, the stored notes can be downloaded to a computer via an USB connection. You can also send notes by email, copy and paste them to Word* or save them in PDF, BMP or JPG files.
Since its light weight, thin and easy-to-carry, you can just take it with you anywhere and anytime. It is easy to transport and unobtrusive. Capture ink notes on commonly available paper pad; there is no special paper required. Ink refills replacements available in many stationery stores.
D-Note is well suited for use in a variety of situations including at court hearing client meetings, legal depositions, and mediation proceedings. It is also very useful for the firms with a paperless system.
Save time and resources. Filing and retrieving digital notes and drawings created with D-Note in the appropriate client folder in PC is much more efficient than working with papers. However, you will have a paper copy as well as digital copy.
Furthermore, when the device is connected to a PC, it functions like a digital tablet. You can write, draw or markup documents in the presentation using Power Point*. The output appears real-time on the projection display.
The device's long battery life can last for about 100 hours' usage with four AAA batteries.
